1. Introduction

Welcome to Ruffwell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ruffwell.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services offered by Westford Global LLC, doing business as Ruffwell ("we," "us," "our," "Company").

By accessing the Site, browsing our content, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

3. Eligibility

To use our Site or place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information at checkout and in your account.

• Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

• Be ordering products for a dog under your care, in line with the intended use of the product.

Our products are intended for dogs only and are not for human consumption. Ruffwell Pet Dental Cleaning Powder is not intended for puppies under 6 months of age unless a qualified veterinarian advises that use is appropriate. We strongly recommend consulting a veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, has any existing medical condition, takes prescription medication, has known kidney or liver issues, has known allergies or sensitivities, or has existing dental disease.

Always keep our products out of the reach of children. Use our products only in line with the labeled instructions and recommended dosage.

4. Product Information and Pet Wellness Disclaimer

Ruffwell Pet Dental Cleaning Powder is a pet wellness product intended to provide general dietary support for dental hygiene, fresh breath and oral wellness in dogs. The product is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Statements about ingredients, benefits or expected outcomes describe general support for canine wellness and reflect typical experiences. They are not guarantees of specific results, are not medical claims, and may not apply to every dog. Results vary depending on factors such as the dog's age, breed, current oral condition, diet, lifestyle, consistency of use and overall health.

Use of Ruffwell does not replace the need for professional veterinary examination, diagnosis, treatment or dental cleaning where required. Dogs with advanced dental disease, infections, abscesses, loose teeth, severe gingivitis, or systemic complications must be evaluated and treated by a qualified veterinarian. If you observe signs of pain, severe inflammation, bleeding, swelling, sudden behavioral changes or any acute health concern in your dog, seek veterinary care promptly.

By purchasing and using our product, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the product, that it is intended for general pet wellness support only, and that you are solely responsible for evaluating its suitability for your dog and for following label instructions.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activity.

• Submit false, misleading or unauthorized payment information.

• Place orders with the intent of initiating a chargeback dispute, unauthorized return or other form of policy abuse.

• Scrape, copy, mirror, mine, harvest, reverse engineer or extract any portion of the Site, content, code or data without our prior written consent.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our systems, or related infrastructure, including by introducing viruses, malicious code or excessive automated requests.

• Use the Site to harass, defame, threaten or harm any person or entity.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel or refuse orders, and take any other appropriate action where we suspect a violation of these Terms.

6. Orders, Pricing and Availability

All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback risk or violation of these Terms.

• Pricing errors, product description errors, image errors or stock availability errors.

• Inability to ship to the customer's location.

• Quantity limits per customer, per household or per order.

• Operational, supply chain or compliance reasons.

Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy on the Site, but in the event of a pricing or content error we may correct the error and contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are governed by our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By placing a subscription order you authorize recurring charges and agree to the cancellation, billing and finality terms set out in the Subscription Policy.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Because Ruffwell Pet Dental Cleaning Powder is an ingestible pet wellness product, returns and refunds are limited for hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

9. Shipping

Shipping, delivery, customs, duties, tracking and risk of loss are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, product names, text, images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, design elements, infographics, video, audio and code on the Site are owned by Westford Global LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, adapt, sell, resell, scrape, mine or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use is a violation of these Terms and may also be a violation of applicable law.

Limited personal, non-commercial use of Site content (such as viewing pages or saving order confirmations for personal record-keeping) is permitted.

11. Customer Reviews and User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, social media posts, comments or other content ("UGC") about our products or brand, you grant Westford Global LLC and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish and distribute that UGC for any commercial or marketing purpose, unless prohibited by applicable law.

You represent and warrant that any UGC you submit is your original content, does not infringe on the rights of others, is truthful, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing or harmful material. We reserve the right to remove, refuse to publish or moderate any UGC at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westford Global LLC, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or veterinary costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the products or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site or any product purchased through the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, product liability law or similar mandatory laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Westford Global LLC, our affiliates and our respective officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any related policy.

• Your misuse of the Site, our products or any service we provide.

• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.

• Any false, misleading or unauthorized information you provide to us.

• Any chargeback, fraud or policy abuse initiated by you.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (USA Customers)

Where permitted by applicable law, customers located in the United States agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site or any product purchased through the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, collective action or representative action against us. You also waive any right to a jury trial where legally permissible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may bring an individual claim in small claims court if such claim qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country, state or region applies and provides you with rights that cannot be limited by contract.

16. Statutory Rights of Consumers in the UK and EU

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law in the United Kingdom, European Union or your country of residence. Where mandatory consumer law applies, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, technical failures, labor disputes or extreme weather conditions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Subscription Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Westford Global LLC with respect to your use of the Site and your purchase of our products.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, legal requirements or operational needs. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
